🌟 Fresh New Look Coming to Gilbert Regional Park Playground

The Gist: The playground at Gilbert Regional Park will be closed August 18–31 while crews install a brand-new flexground surface. This upgrade will keep the area safe, accessible, and a bright spot for kids’ play for years to come.

Why it matters: The closure is temporary, but it means a safer, refreshed playground for families once it reopens. During the closure, neighbors can still enjoy the splash pad, fishing lake, walking trails, and sports courts throughout the park. Read more here.
